The company has a return facility for exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 7-day money back policy.

The product once received and after the QC measures, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tag will not be covered under this policy.

We offer an Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from us, within India. The product can be returned for buy- back or exchange based on its current market value. The value of the exchanged product after deductions will be credited to your e shop account with us. This remains valid can be used to purchase anything on our e-Shop. If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of the product. Jewellery returned shall go through the Quality control procedure in order to process the credit /refund as per the mentioned categories.

• • The Buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of jewellery and solitaire diamonds. The gold & platinum rate of madanlalchhaganlal.com at the time of buyback will be considered as the benchmark gold rate both online and at the store.

The buyback policy is subject to the approval of our quality check team at Madanlal Chhaganlal reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team.

If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 7 days. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 15 working days. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.
